Burnt River Cottage is actually comprised of 2 cottages side by side. It is located in Kawartha Lakes, 8 km from the village of Fenelon Falls. This riverfront property provides 2 kayaks and life jackets for guests to use. The first cottage overlooks the river and has one bedroom, a kitchen/living area and a 3-piece washroom. The second cottage also overlooks the water. It has 2 bedrooms and a 4-piece bathroom. The kitchen is well-equipped with a full sized fridge, stove, microwave, cooking utensils and cutlery. The living area features a flat-screen TV with DVD player. The lower unit offers a entertaining section with a bar that overlooks the water. Linens and toiletries are not included but can be arranged for an additional fee Burnt River Cottage offers a propane barbecue and outdoor fire pit for you to use. There is outdoor furniture and table with seating for 6. On-site parking and boat docking are included at no extra cost. Burnt River Cottage is 20 minutes' drive from both Bobcaygeon and Indian Point Provincial Park.
