This family-run hotel is centrally located in Neßmersiel, near the ferry harbour to the island of Baltrum. Regional cuisine and fish specialities are served in the restaurant and beer garden. Rooms at Hotel Zum Wikinger are recently renovated and classically decorated in a country-house style. All rooms include a large TV, minibar and a private bathroom with shower. Younger guests are welcome to play in the children's playground on the hotel terrace. The hotel is a great base for exploring the Niedersächsisches Wattenmeer (Lower Saxon Wadden Sea) National Park, or the neighbouring East-Frisian islands. On-site parking is free at Zum Wikinger. It is a 10-minute drive from Dornum, 20 minutes from Norden and 30 minutes from Aurich.
